Concerns raised over city’s ramp down of respite site at Better Living Centre

The City of Toronto is defending its decision to begin shutting down a respite centre before the end of winter. While its contract with Exhibition Place was always due to end by the end of March, advocates say the lack of space will cause harm to the unhoused. Global News Toronto’s Matthew Bingley reports.
