A recent survey done at Mount Royal University found that nearly half of the students surveyed reported that they were either food insecure or struggling to make ends meet when it comes to getting food. Carolyn Kury de Castillo has more on a new program at the university designed to help students learn how to cook, shop and eat healthy meals on a dwindling budget.
