Toronto beats previous daily record for warmest Feb. 9 in 86 years

The City of Toronto has surpassed the previous daily high for a Feb. 9, set more than eight decades, amid a bout of unusually warm weather for the winter season. Global News meteorologist Ross Hull has more.
