Touching on the increasing rate of auto thefts in Canada, Conservative Party Leader Pierre Poilievre told reporters on Wednesday that if he were Prime Minister, he would invest in “scanners” to see inside shipping containers leaving the country and have 75 border agents patrolling the border to help mitigate the issue.
