Fire captain testifies in Vancouver SRO inquest

In day two of a coroner’s inquest into a Gastown SRO fire, a Vancouver fire captain testified he had a “bad feeling” about the building when he was called to a fire there for the first time nearly two years ago. It was only three days later when another fire erupted, this time turning deadly. Angela Jung reports.
