Patient dumping alleged at second B.C. hospital

A follow-up now to a story we reported on last night’s News Hour – allegations patients are being discharged to a bench outside Vancouver General Hospital. Tonight, a second person has come forward to denounce the practice. As Kristen Robinson reports, a Victoria resident says she’s witnessed the same practice outside the local hospital.
