Problems pile up for White Rock apartment building

Seven days, that’s how long many older residents of a White Rock apartment building say there were left without heat during the biggest snowstorm of the season. The building manager is now saying delays to repair the issue were out of his control. As Aaron McArthur reports, it’s not the only challenge residents have had to overcome.
