US swept with heavy snowfall, plummeting temperatures in Arctic blast

Dangerous, bone-chilling temperatures had a grip on much of the U.S. on Tuesday morning. The weather has been so severely cold that it is being blamed for more than a dozen deaths as roughly 125 million Americans remain under wind chill alerts.
