Construction frustrations in Toronto neighbourhood

Residents of a Toronto neighbourhood say the noise and inconvenience has gone too far. More than two years after work on a long-term care home began, they say the persistent noise and inconsistent construction schedule has made life miserable. Seán O’Shea reports.
