Some Montreal hospital emergency rooms still operating at over 200% capacity

Quebec’s emergency rooms are operating at an average of 140% of their capacity right now with some reaching over 200%. Emergency room nurses have noticed a post-holiday spike. So when can we expect things to get better? Global’s Dan Spector reports.
