After months of investigation into the origin of the destructive wildfires that occurred in Halifax in the spring, the RCMP said it has found no criminality in association with the blaze. But for those living in the impacted areas, finding closure is being hampered by what they say is a lack of transparency. Vanessa Wright has the Global News exclusive.
