Two 18-year-old students in Montreal have been charged with terrorist offences. They’re accused of possessing explosives, plotting an attack in Montreal and planning to fight overseas. The charges come as Canada’s spy agency says they’re been a dramatic spike in Canadians joining the fight. Vassy Kapelos reports.
