Air Canada called ‘callous’ after man dies on plane

The family of an 83-year-old man who died on an Air Canada flight between Delhi and Montreal say they wants answers. As Sean O’Shea reports, the man became ill during the flight but the aircraft was not diverted so he could receive medical treatment.
