Toronto unveils ‘generational’ housing plan

The City of Toronto revealed a new, ambitious plan which aims to reach the province’s target for new housing units. The plan includes more rent-controlled housing and focuses on publicly-owned housing, but it’s not without critics. Matthew Bingley reports.
