There is a plan to redevelop Elm Plaza after the initial proposal was rejected unanimously by the city of Beaconsfield earlier this year. This time around, the developer is proactively engaging with residents before re-submitting the proposal to the city. As Global’s Felicia Parrillo report, he’s hoping his efforts will be enough to garner sufficient support this time.
