We like to keep things fair for everyone. Once a prize has been won, you and anyone who resides within your household are not eligible to win a prize on Q107, 102.1 The Edge or 640 Toronto for sixty (60) days
How Much Time Do I Have to Pick Up My Prize?
You will have 30 business days to pick up your prize. If you cannot make it within that time frame, please be sure to contact us to ask for an extention.
We’ll hold on to your prize for 30 business days after the day you win or the date we call you to let you that the prize is in. You will be notified about grand prize (i.e. VIP Evening) deadlines by our promo team. If it’s concert tickets, we’ll hold on to them until the date of the show.
640 Toronto is not responsible for missed shows or events. If your prize is not available on the day that you won, the promotions department will notify you once it can be claimed. If you do not hear from us within ONE WEEK of the show/event you won tickets to, it is your responsibility to follow-up to ensure you receive your prize.
*640 Toronto is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets/prizes.
Can You Mail My Prize To Me?
