The Criminal Code clean-up legislation that Bret McCann asked for in December 2016 has been rolled into another bill in Ottawa and the MP for St. Albert complains it's still months away from happening.

The son of slain St. Albert seniors Lyle and Marie McCann is once again urging the federal government to get rid of an outdated section of the Criminal Code.
