Officers were called to Canoe Landing Park in Toronto's Cityplace neighbourhood in late January for reports of two people dropping peanut shells all over the dog parks. 

A Toronto police spokesperson told Global News officers responded to a call on Saturday about suspicious activity at Canoe Landing Park and Victoria Memorial Square.
