An Ontario man is facing charges after police say he fled a traffic stop, but not before leaving his identification with officers.

31-year-old Dustin McLaughlin from Portage La Prairie and 13-year-old Cheyanne McLaughlin, who lived in Nipigon, Onatrio, were killed.
