Lisa Montgomery, who was found guilty of strangling a pregnant woman in Missouri, will be executed by lethal injection at U.S. Penitentiary Terre Haute, Indiana.

A U.S. district judge on Monday ordered a new delay in federal executions, hours before a lethal injection was scheduled to be carried out.
