In recent months, concerns have been raised over the air and water quality at TransAlta Tri Leisure Centre pool in Spruce Grove — especially when it comes to the smell of chlorine.

Charges were laid after RCMP said an "unfounded bomb threat" led to Spruce Grove's Tri Leisure Centre being evacuated on the evening of Thursday, Oct. 17.
