Charges against one of the nine accused in the murder and disappearance of Megan Gallagher have been stayed. Charges against Thomas Sutherland were stayed this week.

Many accused in the case of Megan Gallagher appeared in Saskatoon Provincial Court on Thursday. Megan's family spoke outside the courthouse speaking about the day's outcome.
