A multi-vehicle collision near West Broadway and Burrard St. involved a VPD cruiser on its way to a domestic assault in progress, police said.

Officers are investigating a shooting that sent a man to hospital and narrowly missed a woman and child as the trio were leaving a Dunbar eatery Tuesday afternoon.
