Plans were in the works to pump water from interior spaces of the vessel, and two more tugs should arrive by Sunday to join others already trying to move the massive ship.

The traffic caused by the Ever Given has now increased to over 200 backlogged ships. According to data firm Refinitiv, another 100 ships are still en route towards the waterway.
