During a meeting Tuesday, council voted to accelerate a $2.5 million budget to upgrade a failing aerator system in the Rose Valley Reservoir.

Firefighters successfully secured the $75-million during the McDougall Creek wildfire. The impacts of the fire, however, still linger and have yet to be fully understood.
