The Sûreté du Québec says a man was driving westbound when he deviated from his lane and struck another vehicle heading in the opposite direction.

Jano Vincent, 33, was arrested at his home in St-Polycarpe, Que., this week. He is charged with second-degree murder after a head-on highway collision killed another man in 2019.
