A bill that will allow municipalities in Saskatchewan to make the decision as to whether or not to allow public alcohol consumption was passed unanimously in the legislature.

Montreal Mayor Valérie Plante announced on social media on Monday the city's plan to make masks mandatory in enclosed public places as of July 27.
