Transportation Minister Prabmeet Sarkaria is vowing to "push forward" on the expansion of Billy Bishop airport and chastised the federal government for giving in.

Just a day after announcing adjustments to its UP Express service, the province is rolling back those changes in response to widespread criticism from local residents.
