Joffre Lakes Provincial Park, known as Pipi7iekw to the Lil’wat and N’Quatqua nations, has been closed to the public, with the exception of the Labour Day weekend, since Aug. 23.

Joffre Lakes Provincial Park will reopen to the public on Sept. 19, but close again on Sept. 30 for the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation.
