Police say a fire that killed four people in Oshawa, Ont., earlier this year was started by a child under 12 years old.

Firefighters were called to Olive Avenue in Oshawa at around 12:55 a.m. for a fire that affected seven units. Multiple people were sent to hospital and four people are missing.
