  All seniors living in congregate settings should be offered a 3rd COVID-19 shot at least six months after their last dose, NACI said.

• NACI backs 3rd dose of COVID-19 vaccine for immunocompromised

  Based on new recommendation from NACI, Dr. Theresa Tam, advised, "an additional dose, or third dose of COVID-19 vaccine, for moderately or severely immunocompromised people."
