Edmonton police said a driver, who has now been charged, was allegedly impaired by cannabis when he caused a fatal collision with a scooter in Mill Woods last September.

A section of Mill Woods Road near the Richfield and Tweedle Place neighbourhoods in southeast Edmonton was shut down by police after a fatal collision Friday morning.
