U.S. President Donald Trump said he’s naming Secretary of State Marco Rubio as acting national security adviser to replace Mike Waltz, after reports Waltz was being removed.

U.S. District Judge James Boasberg barred administration officials from destroying messages that were sent over the encrypted messaging app Signal earlier this month.
