A Manitoba woman who was hit in the face by a bear while running at Riding Mountain National Park this week says the attack won’t put an end to her love of hiking through the park.

Manitoban's are reminded to be Bear Smart after an eight-year-old girl was injured by a bear while camping with her family in Whiteshell Provincial Park on Saturday. The girl escaped with minor injuries.
