The students on the boats ranged from 11 to 12 years of age and were uninjured as all had lifejackets, police say. 

Halton Police say the man believed to be driving a vehicle that plunged into the water at LaSalle Park in Burlington earlier this month suffered from a heart condition that may have led to the fatal crash.
