Woods has recently spent as much time away from the PGA Tour recovering from injury as he has on the course thanks to multiple knee and back surgeries.

The LASD tweeted Woods was driving on the border of Rolling Hills Estates and Rancho Palos Verdes when the car crashed, sustaining major damage.
