Halton Regional Police say they are investigating the possibility a victim of a fatal fire on Queen Mary Drive Wednesday either jumped or fell from an 11th floor balcony.

Three malnourished dogs were gathered within days of each other at two locations in Oakville, Ont., and may be connected with the same owner(s), the humane society says.
