Kristin Cavallari filed new papers in her divorce from Jay Cutler on Wednesday, alleging he is "punishing" her by blocking her attempt to purchase a new home.

"We ask everyone to respect our privacy as we navigate this difficult time within our family," Kristin Cavallari said in her divorce announcement.
