It all started with handing out fence boards for the neighbourhood to paint and now it's grown into the first Imagine Pandosy Art Festival in Kelowna's Pandosy Village.

In the weeks leading up to the event, organizers are handing out fence painting kits, to get the community involved in the marketing campaign for the festival.
