The notice to "cease operations" at HER nightclub in Mississauga took effect on Sept. 9 at 12:01 a.m. for 14 days until Sept. 22 at 12 p.m.

Police said the "heightened risks" are associated with members of the public attending HER Adult Entertainment Club in Mississauga and the surrounding area.
