An inquest has been called into the death of Errol Greene at the Winnipeg Remand Centre this year.

A group gathered at the Winnipeg Remand Centre to protest the deaths of four inmates. Protesters said all four died in the past year, two in the spring and two in the last two weeks.

The wife of a man who died after suffering an epileptic seizure while in custody at the Winnipeg Remand Centre says facility staff denied her husband his epilepsy medication in the days leading up to his death.
