For the second time in a little over a year, Moncton Headstart had to take one of its buses off the road after noticing its catalytic converter had been stolen.

Jo-Anne Phillips, whose company has been renovating and renting out properties for 13 years, including properties in Moncton's downtown, said she has never seen anything like this.
