Durham Regional Police said on July 9, at around 1:30 a.m., officers received a report of a disturbance at a motel on Consumers Drive and Garden Street. 

Durham Regional Police say a passenger of a car was airlifted to hospital on Thursday morning after the driver of a vehicle struck a pole, a pedestrian and caused another collision in Whitby.
