Waterloo Regional Police say they have arrested a second teen in connection to a buy-and-sell robbery which occurred in Cambridge last month.

Waterloo Regional Police say a teenager in Cambridge, Ont., has been arrested after a person selling an item online was robbed when meeting with prospective buyers.
