Carlos Guerra Guerra is one of three people charged with second-degree murder in Silva’s death, which occurred near Lambeth in the early morning hours of July 31.

Dylan Schapp, 19, and Carlos Guerra Guerra, 20, both of London, have been charged with second-degree murder and assault with a weapon.
