One person has died, two are in critical condition and one has serious non-life-threatening injuries after a two-vehicle collision on the Capilano Bridge in Edmonton early Sunday.

Police were told that he'd been swimming in the river between Dawson Park and the Capilano Bridge with a friend at around 6 p.m. "when he did not resurface."
