Premier Doug Ford said the province will mark Sept. 19 — the day of the Queen's funeral — "as a provincial day of mourning in lieu of a provincial holiday."

Flags at all government buildings in Saskatchewan will be lowered to half-mast from sunrise to sunset on Tuesday to mark the National Day of Mourning.
