Bombardier's strategic C Series partnership with Airbus should put it on stronger financial footing but it remains unclear what fate awaits its other commercial aircraft.

Airbus chief executive Tom Enders said the company will add to Montreal's large aerospace cluster and provide more opportunities for local suppliers, universities and aerospace training schools.
