Police say a pedestrian was rushed to hospital after being hit by a car in the area of Mapleview Drive, east of Bayview Drive, during the early morning hours of Thursday.

Investigators say they'd like to speak to the driver or anyone who may have been a passenger in a mid-sized, dark blue pickup truck.
