Police say 20-year-old Austin DeMaeyer of Selwyn Township was in possession of weapons when he was found on a trail in June 2022.

Police say the accused is currently bound by a lifetime weapons prohibition and a probation order to not attend any campground, park, trails, or hiking areas except with an adult.
